Refund and Returns Policy

If you wan to return, exchange your order or if anything is not matching your expectations, please let us know!

You have the right to return or exchange your order within 14 days after delivery.

If you want to return or exchange your order (or a part), please reply to your order confirmation mail or send an email to sales(at)ledgeshoes.com with your order confirmation number.

Please mention the following:

  • The article you want to return 
  • The reason for the return (we appreciate your feedback!)
  • If applicable, the article you want in exchange

 We will reply to your request asap, with the return information, containing the return confirmation form and return address.

All returns need to be send back to our warehouse, with the return confirmation document inside the box, to following address:

Once your return has been received and accepted, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding shipping costs, or your exchange order will be shipped within 3 days. In case of refund, it may take up to 10 working days for you to receive the money on your bank account or credit card.

Important notes:

  • All items must be returned with the original L’EDGE boxes with wrapping paper.
  • When trying on shoes, please take care not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box. L’EDGE may refuse any returns that are not in the original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are at your expense.
  • We advise you to use a parcel service with tracking.
  • We do not refund custom duties for countries outside EU, but you can contact your local custom duty office to claim them.
